Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the heart of Montreal, Sandman offers a convenient yet tranquil escape from the bustling city. The hotel's strategic location near public transportation hubs is a definite plus for explorers keen to discover the local charm. The well-maintained rooms boast modern amenities including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay. On-site facilities such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna provide a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. While the value for money is evident with complimentary parking and reliable Wi-Fi, the overall luxury experience may fall slightly short. The attentive staff and clean surroundings compensate for any minor shortcomings, creating a pleasant stay overall. For those seeking a practical base in Montreal without compromising on comfort, Sandman is a solid choice.
